A long-term stay in America was a little bit concerning, but thanks to everyone at Umenoki Home, I was able to settle in quickly.
A moving experience that was very educational
They also helped me learn so much about caregiving in general and Umenoki's compassionate care through this internship program.
Planning & organizing events
As a group, interns were allowed to plan and organize many activities and seasonal events.
Between internship and English school
People at English school I went were also very nice to me.
Experience would lead to future career
When I returned home and had job interviews, virtually every interviewer got impressed and weighed on my experience in America.
